Nurturing the Inner Child is profoundly significant in really conceptualizing ourselves as empowered beings. Addressing these old patterns and wounds has us realize that we are not bound by them, which is why this month’s resources will offer you an incredible shift!
This month’s meditation is designed to have us develop a strong relationship with our inner child and further to help them feel safe and to recognize their role as protector in our life. When we do so, we can move forward in our lives with a greater sense of strength and ease.
In our video workshop, I discuss who our inner child is and why bringing this being to the light is so important! When we acknowledge the presence of this being we can activate what IFS specialists call our adult resourced self to heal the wounds of our past.
This month’s journal prompts will help you recognize the inner child through your responses to your triggers. Once you’ve acknowledged this being through your response to the trigger you will then address the inner child directly through your adult resourced self and notice an incredible difference in how you see your trigger and how you will move forward healing it.
